If you are a tenant of B&N Properties and have a maintenance issue with your rental you can lodge a maintenance request on the below Tenant Concierge. You will be asked a few questions and if the issue can not be solved easily then a maintenance request will be forwarded to the property manager, you will be kept informed every step of the process.
